Plans and billing
The Billing page shows your current plan, subscription details, invoices, and options to buy extra credits if you need more credits than your plan allows.
Only users with Admin role can view the Billing page. If your account is managed by a partner or agent you may not have access to the billing or plan options from us. Contact your partner or agent to get more information about your options.
Viewing your current plan
On the Billing page, you can see:
- Current plan: The plan you're subscribed to
- Price: Monthly cost of the plan
- Credits per month: How many credits are included
- Plan features: What's included in your plan
- Subscriptions: Active subscriptions and their status
- Invoices: Previous invoices and their status
- Credits: Current credits and their status
Editing billing information
Note: Only users with Admin role can edit billing information.
To update billing details:
- Go to the Billing page
- Click "Edit" in the billing section
- Uppdate billing details.
- Setup a payment method. Card or invoice. Invoice is only available for organizations in Sweden for now.
- Click "Save" to apply changes
Changing your plan
Note that some organizations cannot change plans. It may be locked depending on your contract with us or with your partner that are managing your account.
To switch to a different plan:
- Go to the Billing page (Admin role required)
- Click "Edit" under the plan section
- View available plans and their features
- Select the plan you want
- Confirm the change
Buying extra credits
If you run out of credits you can buy extra credits to continue using the integrations without upgrading your plan. Most plans allow you to buy extra credits. But some, like the Starter plan, do not.
If you need more credits:
- Go to the Billing page
- Click "Buy extra credits"
- Select the credit package you want
- Complete the purchase
- Credits are added to your account
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section shows:
- Current subscriptions: Active plans and credit packages
- History: Previous subscriptions and their status
- Dates: When subscriptions started and ended
Invoices
The Invoices section lists all your invoices:
- Invoice number: Unique identifier
- Status: Paid, pending, or overdue
- Due date: When payment is due
- Amount: Total cost
Click on an invoice to:
- View full details
- Download the invoice
- See what was charged
Understanding credits
Credits are used when integrations run:
- A integration run consumes 1 credit.
- Integrations that take longer time to run may consume more credits. 1 credit per started 30 seconds of runtime.
- More advanced steps in the integration may consume additional credits. Like the iterator that consumes 1 credit per iteration.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance
- Credits reset monthly
- You can buy extra credits if needed and those will most often have a longer validity than the plan credits.
- Unused credits expire at the end of the current subscription period or when the credit package expires.
