Members

Members are the people who have access to your organization. You can invite members and assign them different roles.

Viewing members​

Go to the "Members" tab in an organization to see all team members.

  • The list shows all members and their roles
  • You can see who invited each member
  • Already confirmed users get instant access and an email notification about the new invitation.
  • Unconfirmed users appear with the note "awaiting confirmation" and get an email invitation to confirm their user account in order to access the organization.

Inviting a new member​

Note: Only users with Admin role can invite new members.

  1. Go to the Members page
  2. Click "New member"
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Select a role:
    • Admin: Full access to all features
    • Collaborator: Can create and edit integrations
    • Reader: Can only view, cannot make changes
  5. Click "Invite" to send the invitation

Member roles​

Each role has different permissions:

  • Admin: Can manage everything including billing, members, and settings
  • Collaborator: Can create and edit integrations and accounts
  • Reader: Can view but cannot make changes

Editing members​

Note: Only users with Admin role can edit member roles.

To change a member's role:

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Select a new role
  4. Click "Update" to save

There must always be at least one Admin in the organization. But we have validation in place to prevent you from removing the last Admin. So don't worry about that.

Resending invitations​

Note: Only users with Admin role can resend invitations.

If someone hasn't confirmed their invitation:

  1. Find the member with "awaiting confirmation"
  2. Click "Resend"
  3. A new invitation email will be sent

Removing members​

Note: Only users with Admin role can remove members.

To remove a member:

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm the removal

There must always be at least one Admin in the organization. But we have validation in place to prevent you from removing the last Admin. So don't worry about that.
